The following Service Fee Determination Committee shall be formed in each district to determine the rate of service fee to be paid by consumers for consuming services from projects developed and operated by the Government of Nepal or developed and transferred to consumer organizations by the Government of Nepal:-
(a) Head, concerned Irrigation Office – Chairman
(b) Representative, District Agricultural Development Office – Member
(c) Chairman – Member of concerned consumer organization (d) District Irrigation Consumers Association Representative – Member
